Funds raised through tickets sales have been allocated to the NGO "Proyecto Juntos", dedicated to children, to promote the renewal of the Pediatric area of Son Espases Hospital in Palma de Mallorca.
Every year, more than 28,000 children and adolescents are seen in the hospital. The renewal of this area is intended to provide a more pleasant place for children, offering them an enjoyable environment.
For this occasion, the young clarinetist, Julia Valera, was the soloist who played the first work of the evening, the Mozart’s clarinet concerto in A major. The program was completed with works by Edvard Grieg and the famous Bolero de Ravel, performed by the Symphony Orchestra accompanied by the 52 children who participated this year in the project "Petita Simfònica".
