The  Palma Congress Center served as the venue for the 15th Saudi Arabia-Europe Real Estate Development Summit, held on July 4th and 5th. This prestigious international event brought together, for the first time in Mallorca, more than 90 Saudi companies and 30 Mallorcan companies, solidifying its status as one of the most important gatherings in the global real estate market.

Organised by GBB Venture, with the support of the Saudi Business Council, this summit provided a unique platform for presenting new business opportunities, attracting both local and state investment. The Real Estate Development Summit selected Mallorca not only for its strategic importance as a global business hub but also for its undeniable appeal as a luxury destination.

Throughout the event, major Saudi companies explored potential investments in Palma's thriving tourism sector. Foreign investors showed particular interest in the local tourism industry, the dynamic real estate market, and the renewable energy development projects being promoted in the Balearics. These areas present numerous business opportunities and foster the creation of lasting commercial relationships.

The summit was not only a meeting point for the discussion and analysis of trends and opportunities in the real estate market, but also an occasion to strengthen bilateral relations between Saudi Arabia and Europe, fostering an environment conducive to cooperation and joint economic development.
