The project

Palma Convention Centre is an ambitious project that involved both Palma City Council and the Balearic Islands Government. It aims to become a cultural flagship and a driver of the economy for the entire island of Mallorca, standing as a gateway to a vibrant city.

The design by the award-winning Navarrese architect Francisco Mangado, the designer of a number of convention centres in Spain, is perfectly integrated with its surroundings in Palma Bay. Since April 2017, the Convention Centre has increased the opportunities for the Balearic capital to host major events, conferences and cultural activities in modern facilities located alongside an unparalleled seafront environment.
