The mayor was one of the protagonists of the radio show Julia en la Onda, broadcasted on September 13 from the Palma Congress Center. Hila explained that the local government continue to bet on improving facilities and accommodation to attract a higher quality tourism, in reference to the American tourist.
The success of the United Airlines flight, which connects Palma with the New York-Newark airport with three weekly flights, confirms that there is maximum interest in the destination for North American market, which could make possible the opening of a new route to Miami.
