Palma Convention Centre works closely with the renowned catering services of Meliá Hotels International (exclusive operator of the facilities) to offer a wide range of dining options for your events.

International cuisine with a Mallorcan flair is the basis of a service which we design to meet the specific expectations of our customers at all times. From coffee breaks, permanent coffee stations, buffets and working lunches, picnics, cocktails, dinners and gala dinners to set menus at midday.

All prepared by a team of professional staff that includes an executive chef, several chefs, maîtres, waiters and other dining room and kitchen staff dedicated exclusively to your event.

We also offer the Elyxr Café, a welcoming space serving healthy informal meals to refuel at any time of day with a delicious sandwich, salad, soup or snack.
