The Palau de Congressos de Palma ushered in the year 2024 with its time-honored tradition: the renowned New Year's concert presented by the Symphony Orchestra of the Balearic Islands. The event was attended by the President of the Government of the Balearic Islands, Margalida Prohens, alongside the Minister of Tourism, Culture, and Sports, Jaume Bauzá, and the Minister of Education and Universities, Antoni Vera.

Under the baton of Pablo Mielgo, and with the remarkable performance by soprano Marina Monzó, the musical evening showcased a meticulous selection of compositions. From the masterpieces of O. Nicolaui and J. Strauss to the renowned works of L. Anderson, G. Puccini, G. Donizetti, and P. Luna, the concert captivated the audience with its diverse repertoire.
